This system was made for Pathfinder 1e and augmented for D&D 5E. Though this system could easily be used for Pathfinder 2e or other systems, the Rules section would just not apply. Maybe I will make a PF2 Specific one some day.

Bellow is the Campaign Database. This is where you will create a new page for each Campaign you are in. When the new page pops up you should pick either the GM or PC option in the general field. This will not only designate you as either the GM or PC for a campaign but automatically set your “New Game” tag bellow in the “My GM/Player Campaign” field. This should be changed to the campaign title in order to be able to have another way of sorting. if this does not matter to you. Especially if you are just a player you can hide this function and when you make a new Campaign it will just give it the “New Game” tag and you wont have tosee it. The “role” column is there to designate yourself as either the GM or PC in this table. It is used in other locations and under the main Database to separate all other types of Additions, from Monsters to items.

Bellow is quick links for standard PF rules as well as database views . There are several main databases used. Holds most items, incleuding PC whether created by GM or using the “New” in the table above. It also divides the monsters and all things by tag. This allows you to pop into your Campaign Database and just add content from one location sorting it and not having to change pages. Each page bellow from ‣ to ‣ is the actual page that you will see links to throughout this. While they are just views of the I figure this would give you ease of access for when you are not in your actual campaign page. The last Database is the Session Notes, This is designed to be able to set by campaign on each of your Campaign pages. The dashboard example is not needed you can leave it there if you want to play with the layout for other use or delete.
